Our school has extensive experience in participating in various Educational Innovation Projects promoted by different educational authorities across the country. These initiatives enrich teaching practice and foster new, student-centred methodologies.
Among the projects developed, we highlight our involvement in teacher observation programmes, both within our school and in collaboration with other institutions. These include international exchanges, such as our most recent project with a school in Malta, which has allowed us to share experiences, enhance our teaching practices, and strengthen teamwork among staff.
Another key project enabled us to design our Internationalisation Plan, a strategic tool that strengthens the European dimension of our school. The plan promotes language learning, mobility opportunities for both teachers and students, openness to new cultures, and the development of partnerships with educational institutions in other countries—contributing to the academic and personal growth of our educational community.
The full integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), both in teaching and administration, has been achieved through another innovation project. Our efforts in this area have been recognised with the highest certification in digital competence: CoDiCe TIC Level 5 – Excellent.
Finally, one of the projects we are most proud of is the use of radio as an educational resource. Our school has its own radio station, which fosters oral expression, teamwork, and student creativity in an engaging and cross-curricular setting.
These and other projects we have participated in reflect the school’s strong commitment to high-quality, innovative education that is open to the world and prepared to meet the challenges of the present and future.
